As a Christian, it shouldn’t be hard to answer the question: “What has God done for you?” But there are times when life clouds over many of our blessings. It’s not hard to start complaining and become ungrateful. That’s why it’s important to keep everything God has given us in front of our minds. The more we remind ourselves of all He has done for us, the more our attitude improves.
We want to remind you of these things. If God hasn’t yet sent you a special blessing, He certainly can in the future.
One example is the healing of our minds. So many are afflicted in their minds with things like anxiety, intrusive thoughts, fear or depression. God doesn’t only heal bodies.
He is also our comfort. Life brings more than a few hardships and many find it hard to cope. But our grief doesn’t have to define us.
He helps us through each season of life, whether easy or difficult, from our youth up to our older years.
He gives us pastors to lead us in just the way we need. He has created a beautiful world for us to enjoy.
After all this, He has freed us from the chains of sin, and been our present help in time of
temptation.
This is what has He done for us here at the Church of God and what He will continue to do in the future. Best of all, it’s what He can do for you. How could you complain with this reassurance?
